ORDER PREPARATION
 

All our jewelry is prepared with care and attention.

For this reason, each order requires 1-2 business days to be prepared.

SHIPPING 

ITALY - Shipping is free for orders over 29 euros.

For smaller orders, the cost is calculated at checkout.

EUROPE - Shipping is free for orders over 49 euros.

For smaller orders, the cost is calculated at checkout.

We rely on several selected couriers, including UPS, Poste Italiane/SDA, and BRT, to ensure the best possible shipment management.

The courier is chosen based on the destination and time of shipment.

DELIVERY

Delivery generally takes 2-5 business days from the time the package is shipped.

During high-demand periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, Easter, etc.), delivery times may be longer.

 

Delays may also occur under exceptional circumstances (such as strikes or logistics delays) and are beyond our control.

 

The courier generally makes 1-2 delivery attempts, and if the courier is absent, the package may be stored at a closer collection point.

All delivery and collection information will always be available via tracking, which we encourage you to check regularly.

 

Uncollected packages left in storage will be returned to our laboratory.

In these cases, storage and return costs will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from any refunds.

Upon delivery, we recommend checking that the package is intact and shows no obvious signs of tampering.

If not, please report it to the courier immediately upon delivery.

 

Any anomalies not reported upon delivery may make it more difficult to file a claim.

TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive the tracking code via email.

Tracking is activated as soon as the package leaves the distribution center, so it is normal for it not to be updated immediately.

 

If you haven't received the email with the tracking code, we recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder.

In some cases, it may not arrive due to a spelling error in the email address entered during purchase or due to email service filters.

 

If you can't find it, you can contact us and we will provide you with the tracking code.

PACKAGING

To reduce waste and limit environmental impact, orders consisting of multiple items are packaged together in the same box/pouch.

 

Orders placed in close proximity by the same customer can be consolidated and shipped together.

 

If you would like separate packaging, you can indicate this in the order notes or via email.

We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but the availability of additional packaging is not always guaranteed and is subject to available stock.

HOLIDAYS AND NON-WORKING DAYS
 

Shipments are always made from Monday to Friday.

 

During the holidays the laboratory is closed and no preparations or shipments are carried out.

Orders placed during these days will be processed starting on the first available working day.

 

During certain periods of the year, such as summer or Christmas, the laboratory may observe a short break and shipments may be temporarily suspended.

Any communications regarding this matter will always be posted on the homepage.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within one hour of order confirmation. After this time, we will no longer be able to make changes.
