Our jewelry is all handcrafted and that's why we need 1-2 business days to prepare your package. Delivery takes place by express courier in 2-5 working days.

Billing starts from the next working day (Monday to Friday)  from the moment the order is placed.

Delivery times are purely indicative and could vary close to holidays or for reasons beyond the control of www.coconutfashionjewels.com.

We will send you order tracking information via email after shipment. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.

For the domestic shipments the courier will make two delivery attempts and in the event of the recipient's absence, he will issue a non-delivery notice in the mailbox with all the instructions for collecting his shipment at the nearest post office or in any case at the headquarters of the shipping company .

For theinternational shipments the courier will make an attempt to deliver and if the recipient is absent, he will deposit the package at the nearest UPS centre. The customer can collect his package within a maximum of 10 days or in any case within the date indicated by the shipping company.

 

Packages left in storage and not collected will be returned to our laboratory. The customer will be responsible for the costs of storage and return costs incurred by Us which will be deducted from the refund of the order.

The customer is required to make sure that the shipping address entered during the purchase phase is correct and filled in  in its entirety, otherwise the courier will be unable to deliver and the package will be returned to the sender, in this case the order will be refunded net of storage and return costs.

If upon delivery the package is damaged o  shows signs of tampering, the recipient must immediately inform the courier upon delivery by signing the package with the wording 'I accept with reserve'. Otherwise it will not be possible to file a claim and we will not be responsible for items that arrive damaged or missing.

We are committed to processing orders as quickly as possible, so any changes or cancellations may be requested within one hour of order confirmation. After this time we will no longer be able to make changes.
