RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you can send an email to info.coconutjewels@gmail.com indicating your order number, which products you intend to return and the reason for the return. You will receive by email all the instructions on how to return it to us

merchandise .   

Items must be returned intact, undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging.

Listed below are the cases in which it is possible to   request a return:

-The article is not liked.

-Product sent by mistake.

- Defects of the pendant.

- Stones or other missing or defective components.

The following are the cases for which it is not possible to request a return:

​

- Breakage of any type of hook or scratches due to improper use of the product.

-Loss of color of the gold or silver plating. (The loss of color can be caused by various factors, such as skin pH, excessive sweating or exposure of the jewelry to chemicals, lotions or perfumes. Follow our advice on caring for your jewelry to keep it looking like new).

-For hygienic reasons, returns of earrings are not accepted except in cases where they have manufacturing defects, such as defective closures or pendants or missing components and stones.

The shipping costs for returning the items will be charged to the customer.

Following receipt of the returned products and after verifying compliance with the terms and conditions of withdrawal, we will issue the refund (excluded any shipping costs incurred by the customer during the purchase) within ten working days on the same payment method used for place your order.

The items purchased in promotion (sales, special offers, discount coupons, etc.) will be refunded in the form of coupons to be used on the website.It is not possible to request an exchange or a return for any jewels received for free or for free during promotions, etc.

Refunds are not made for goods that have arrived damaged or missing, if this has not been clearly stated to the courier at the time of delivery with the explicit request of wanting to sign your delivery with reserve if the package shows clear signs of tampering.
