If you're not satisfied with something, you can request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To start the procedure, simply contact us at info.coconutjewels@gmail.com ,
indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return
- Items must be intact and unworn and
must be returned in the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
ITEM CONDITIONS
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be made for items that have:
- signs of use
- breakages of any kind
- color changes
- damage caused by improper use, contact with perfumes, creams and chemical substances in general
PROMOTIONS (3X2 OR SPECIAL OFFERS)
Orders placed with promotions follow specific conditions.
- Products received as gifts cannot be refunded individually.
- In case of return, it is also necessary to return the free items as the promotion will expire.
If you choose to keep the gift, the refund will be recalculated and the full cost (list price without discounts) of the free item will be deducted from your order total.
ITEMS NOT SUITABLE FOR RETURN
For hygiene reasons, returns of earrings are not accepted as required by law.
PRODUCTS ON SALE
Items purchased on sale, promotions or with discount codes will be refunded via coupons of equal value.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If the package shows obvious signs of damage or tampering upon delivery, you must accept it with reservations, notifying the courier, or refuse it.
Refunds or replacements will not be possible if the package is accepted without reservation despite obvious anomalies.
REFUNDS
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 10 working days under the following conditions:
- on the original payment method (for items purchased at full price)
- via coupons of equal value (for items purchased on sale or promotion)
